What you should know:
- Renovation Update: The hotel lobby and Crystal Club Lounge.
- The hotel lobby is still operational, however, in a more limited capacity. During the upgrade of our Crystal Club Lounge, a temporary lounge has been established for our Crystal Club guests on one of the higher floors of the hotel. Crystal Club Lounge will re-open on Level 29 prior to Christmas, whilst the extensive work currently being undertaken on the Crown Towers lobby will be completed in early January 2010.
